I welcome the opportunity to teach my next recipe & writing workshop at your community event, retreat, or club meeting adjusting the recipe choice and writing exercise to your needs and theme. Please contact me at mrsannamariegall@gmail.com .

I have taught many culinary classes & workshops through Dierbergs Markets, St. Charles Community College Continuing Education program, and at various community venues. A 90-minute workshop on The Essences of Lemon, Herbs, and Writing was presented in the picturesque Ozark town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas at The Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow as well as at Long Row Lavender Farm in Warren County, Missouri; the Clarksville Writers Conference in Clarksville, Tennessee; and the Transformative Language Arts Network’s 20th Power of Words Conference held in Kansas City. This hands-on workshop is 2-part; one part on baking with lemon and herbs with the other part about writing a block-out poem. More recipe and writing workshops are available.

This is a hands-on workshop to learn about how to get the most flavor from lemons and herbs for a delicious, moist tea bread.  Culinary instructor and writer Anna Gall will also teach participants how to write a poem from a recipe or magazine article using the block-out technique.  Come join the creative fun!  Each participant will have a tasting of Lemon-Herb Tea Bread, a copy of the recipe, and their own poem.
